Some Reprompting Project services may include hypnosis-informed methods, subconscious exploration, visualisation, guided reflection, identity work, mindset tools, journaling prompts or coaching-style questions.

You acknowledge that:

Results vary from person to person;

No specific outcome is guaranteed;

Personal change depends on many factors, including your participation, circumstances, choices and follow-through;

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing;

Our services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment or psychiatric care.

You should not participate in hypnosis-informed or deep reflective work if you feel it is unsafe or unsuitable for you. If unsure, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

6. AI Voice Experiences and Automation

Reprompting Project may offer AI-powered or automated voice experiences, including but not limited to Clarity Journaling AI, Hypno Helper AI, Talk Buddy AI, Habit Tracker AI or similar services.

These services may use third-party technologies such as Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio, HighLevel, LeadConnector or similar tools to deliver calls, generate voice responses, send SMS messages, manage workflows or provide automated experiences.

By using an AI voice experience, you understand and agree that:

The service may be automated or AI-assisted;

You may interact with a synthetic or AI-generated voice;

AI responses may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate;

AI-generated content is provided for reflection, education and personal development only;

AI voice experiences are not emergency, medical, psychological, psychiatric or crisis services;

You should not rely on AI-generated output as professional advice;

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any output.

Where a specific service page states that calls may be recorded or responses may be stored, your use of that service indicates your consent to that processing for the purpose of delivering and improving the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Where a specific service page states that call details are not recorded, we will aim to follow that service-specific representation.

7. SMS, Phone Calls and Communication Consent

When you provide your phone number, you may receive transactional communications related to a service you requested. These may include:

Booking confirmations

Appointment reminders

AI call notifications

Service access updates

Payment reminders

Follow-up messages

Support communications

If you opt in to marketing communications, you may also receive promotional messages, offers, event updates, educational content or product announcements.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP where supported or by contacting us through the website. You may still receive essential transactional messages where needed to deliver a service you requested.

8. Bookings, Appointments and Online Sessions

Sessions may be delivered online, by phone, by AI voice call, through Zoom, Google Meet or another suitable platform.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate booking details;

Attending at the scheduled time;

Ensuring you have a stable internet or phone connection;

Being in a private, safe and appropriate environment;

Using suitable headphones or audio equipment where needed;

Informing us in advance if you need to reschedule.

Ensure your payment method is valid and authorised.

We do not store your full credit card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed unless otherwise stated.

10. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Guarantees

We aim to be fair and transparent with refunds and cancellations.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms. You may be entitled to remedies where a product or service does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

Payments for completed sessions are generally non-refundable;

Digital products, downloads, recordings, worksheets, templates and AI-generated outputs may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered;

Missed appointments may be forfeited if insufficient notice is given;

Program deposits may be non-refundable where clearly stated at the time of purchase;

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, did not complete the program, did not use the service, or did not achieve a particular personal outcome.

If you believe there is a problem with a product or service, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Subscriptions, Payment Plans and Recurring Payments

If you purchase a subscription, membership, payment plan or recurring service, the relevant payment terms will be shown at the time of purchase.

By enrolling in a recurring payment arrangement, you authorise the payment provider to charge your nominated payment method according to the agreed schedule.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel access to the relevant service until payment is resolved.

Cancellation terms for subscriptions or payment plans will be provided at the time of purchase. Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments unless required by law or stated in the specific offer terms.
